Spring?

Only 3 more days til spring and yet it was still snowing at my house this morning... Not a lot, but still it was SNOWING!!! What in the world.... I see people out buying trees, plants and other yard items... I am so jealous.. I dont even see my yard... there is still like 2+ feet of snow. I so desperately want to garden and fix up my yard.... When will SPRING really be here???
