OK so I crashed my last "diet" so now I am back on the wagon and giving it a go again! I have lost 6 lbs already. My goal is one 1 lb a day! So far so good. I have joined a race training class, and so far I have missed the last 3 classed due to my stupid ankle. I have been so busy that I was just waling and it rolled over and I snapped a tend end! NOT A HAPPY MOMENT! Anyhow I cant wait to get back on my feet and start running again! This weight HAS GOT TO GO!!!!!
