Marathon training
Its official... I am training for a marathon. Its a year away, well really less than a year away. Its May 2012. I started training today. I walked 2 miles this morning, did Pilates, and then ran 4 miles tonight. Its a crazy schedule but i am determined to do this. Plus on the happy side of this crazy workout, I will thin again which is something that I have longed for, for a long long time. I am 201 lbs and bound and determined to be 150 lbs again. I want to be healthy and strong. pray for me as I know this will be hard and needs all the encouragement as possible. I will be posting once a week to show my progress.
